Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Audit and Validation
Each indoor building is of a different application and might be facing varied challenges. The IAQ audit follows a systematic approach that begins with the measurement of contaminants and pollutants present in the indoor air while observing any potential pollutant sources, inhabitant complaints, pre-evaluation of the hygienic and maintenance conditions of the HVAC systems, and collection of additional information required for an adequate audit planning. After the visual inspection & source identification, the measured data will be analyzed and compared with standards/regulations specified limits. The testing process is regularly calibrated as per pollution control board standards. Finally, corrective actions are recommended to the building owner/manager to maintain the indoor air quality as per WHO standards.
Advind healthcare believes that every person has a right to know about the air they are breathing in and ensures that testing accuracy is of paramount importance. Therefore, prompt detection of the occurrence of sensor faults and identification of those locations is required for efficient monitoring of IAQ. We conduct IAQ validation and provide the clients with a trusted indoor air quality expert who can validate the data and respond to their needs with reliable solutions.
Our Methodology:
FOR RESIDENTIAL SPACES:
We schedule the time of the testing as per the client's convenience. Experts reach your place with all the required equipment and conduct the air quality testing as per the requirement. The tests can be digital or chemical and methods may vary depending upon the presence of pollutants in the residential space. The collected samples are sent to the laboratory for analysis and generation of the final report. The digital testing report is usually shared within 2 business days and the chemical testing report is shared within 10-12 business days.
FOR COMMERCIAL SPACES:
We conduct an analysis of the commercial space (office/data centers/industrial space/ school/ mall/ restaurant etc.) in coordination with the concerned facility manager to identify sources of pollution, key parameters to be tested, and evaluate HVAC systems. The tests can be digital or chemical and methods may vary depending upon the presence of pollutants in that commercial space. The collected air samples are sent to the laboratory for analysis and generation of the final report. The digital testing report is usually shared within 2 business days and the chemical testing report is shared within 10-12 business days.
